Current Operational Status:
🇦🇪 UAE
🔴 All team members are safe. UAE staff are working remotely as a precaution due to the proximity of our offices to DXB and DWC airports.
🔴 Dubai International (DXB) remains temporarily closed, with air freight operations suspended.
🔴 Jebel Ali terminals are technically operational, however, major carriers have suspended Strait of Hormuz crossings.
🔴 All new UAE air cargo bookings are currently paused.
🔴 Sea freight movements within the Gulf are experiencing significant disruption.
🇪🇬 Egypt
🔴 Cairo and Alexandria offices are operating business as usual.
🔴 All major carriers have cancelled Suez Canal transits.
🔴 East–West services are being rerouted via the Cape of Good Hope, adding approximately 10 to 14 days to transit times.
🔴 Regional carriers are currently not accepting new bookings.
🔴 Alternative overland routing options are being explored.
Carrier Surcharges & Insurance
⚫ Emergency conflict and war-risk surcharges have been introduced with immediate effect.
⚫ War-risk insurance premiums are increasing significantly, and coverage conditions are changing rapidly.
